StickMerge is a merge-and-battle game where you combine stick-figure soldiers and their weapons to build a stronger squad before sending them into combat. Instead of controlling a single character, you're managing a small army: dragging matching units together to merge them into more powerful versions with better guns, then watching your merged squad take on waves of enemies.

The core tension is deciding when to merge and when to hold. Merging two low-tier units frees up space and creates one stronger unit, but it also means fewer bodies on the field for the next fight, so timing your merges around incoming waves matters as much as making them at all. As you progress, better weapon tiers unlock, giving your squad more firepower per unit — the fewer, stronger merges you can pull off before a fight, the easier that fight tends to go.

How to play StickMerge?

Prioritize merging units on the same power tier as early as possible rather than letting your board fill up with low-tier soldiers, since a full board with nowhere to place new recruits wastes the units you're earning. Time big merges for just before a tough wave hits rather than the moment two units become available, so your squad peaks in strength right when it matters. Keep an eye on your weapon tiers and merge toward the strongest gun you can afford rather than spreading upgrades too thin.
