Sandtris

Sandtris takes the familiar falling-block puzzle and melts it: the moment a piece touches down, it crumbles into thousands of grains of colored sand. There are no neat rows to complete anymore — instead you clear the board by building an unbroken streak of same-colored sand that reaches from the left wall all the way to the right wall, and the whole connected mass drains away in one satisfying sweep.

That one change rewires all your Tetris instincts. Sand flows — it pours into gaps, slumps into hills, and slides off steep piles — so tidy stacking matters far less than color management. A perfectly flat surface of mixed colors is actually a losing position, while a messy dune of mostly one color is a clear waiting to happen. Survive long enough and the drop speed ramps up, turning a zen sandbox into a genuine scramble.

How to play Sandtris?

Think in colors, not shapes. Steer each piece toward sand of the same color and let the grains merge into one growing body; a clear only triggers when a single color touches both side walls, so keep your main color low and wide rather than tall. Be careful about burying a color under another — sand you've covered is locked in until everything above it drains. When the pile climbs dangerously high, dump pieces on your widest color to force a clear, even if it isn't the biggest payout available.

Controls

Desktop: Use the arrow keys to move the falling piece, the up arrow to rotate it, and the down arrow to drop it faster.

Sandtris unblocked

Sandtris unblocked plays right in the browser, with nothing to download or install. That makes it a solid pick for school Chromebooks and other locked-down networks where most game sites won't load.
